How do I apply for a rental property?

Applications can be submitted online, here, through our website along with required documentation and application fees.

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposits vary by property and are listed in each rental listing. They are typically equal to one months rent.

Are pets allowed?

​Pet policies vary by property. Some properties allow pets with additional deposits or fees. They will be specified on the listing.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

We want to make it easy for our residents to submit maintenance requests. Tenants can submit maintenance requests through the tenant portal or by contacting our office at 601-500-5353

​When is rent due?

Rent is Due on the 1st and late on the 4th of each month. Tenants can setup automatic drafts or make manual payments through ACH or Credit cards on the tenant portal.
