Should I make repairs before listing my home?

Minor repairs and cosmetic updates can improve buyer interest and help maximize your sale price. We can recommend what’s worth doing and what’s not.

What commission do real estate agents charge?

Commission rates can vary depending on services provided and transaction details. We will explain everything clearly before listing your property.

Can I sell my house while living in it?

Yes. Many sellers remain in the home during the listing process. We will help coordinate showings with as little disruption as possible.

What happens if my home doesn’t appraise for the contract price?

There are several possible solutions, including renegotiating the price, disputing the appraisal, or having the buyer cover the difference.
